01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "g0177", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the g0177 platform and its operating entity, which holds an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the g0177 website accessible at g0177.net, including all products, services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account on or uses the g0177 Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the g0177 Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Play" means any gameplay, betting, or wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a g0177 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to an Account by g0177 pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and payment verification process required before withdrawals are processed on g0177.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the g0177 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments and successor provisions.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on g0177, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of g0177 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You have not previously had an Account on g0177 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on g0177 or any affiliated platform.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage-seeking purpose.

Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and not misleading. g0177 reserves the right to reject any application for registration without providing a reason.

Each individual may hold only one Account on g0177. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein. Winnings generated from Real Money Play in duplicate Accounts may also be subject to review and forfeiture at g0177's discretion.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your g0177 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account under any circumstances.

g0177 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. Any transaction, bet, or activity that occurs on your Account prior to you notifying g0177 of any unauthorised access will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

• You must notify g0177 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account security.
• You must not use another player's Account or permit another person to use your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• g0177 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your Account and that you do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

g0177 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank internet banking. g0177 does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as specified on the g0177 cashier page. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your Account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet side. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed during standard banking hours and may take longer to credit during public holidays or weekends.

• g0177 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• g0177 reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request additional verification before crediting any deposit to your Account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your Account and that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved prior to processing.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to verification checks.
• g0177 reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your Account balance at the time a withdrawal is requested.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your g0177 Account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

g0177 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified g0177 Account, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Until all Wagering Requirements have been met, Bonus Funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn.
• Different game types may contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — the specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• g0177 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring any Bonus Funds already credited to player Accounts.
• Bonus Funds expire if Wagering Requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account balance without notice.

06 Gaming Rules & Conduct

All games available on the g0177 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual table games, and instant-win products — are operated using independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are disclosed by the respective game providers and are available on request.

By participating in any game on g0177, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG systems and is genuinely random. g0177 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The house edge inherent in each game means that, over time, the Platform will retain a mathematically expected proportion of all wagers placed.
• Past game results do not influence or predict future outcomes. No strategy or system guarantees consistent winnings.
• You are responsible for your own betting decisions. g0177 does not provide gaming advice.
• Technical malfunctions void all associated play. If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure, g0177 will endeavour to restore the game state from the last confirmed server record. Where this is not possible, all affected bets will be voided and the staked amounts returned to player Accounts.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The g0177 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — as well as other sports markets. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player Account status.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the g0177 system. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not binding.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet confirmation is generated.
• Void Bets: g0177 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned according to the applicable sport-specific rules. Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's Account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being available and accurate. In cases where an in-play bet is accepted after the relevant event has already concluded due to data feed latency, g0177 reserves the right to void such bets.
• Obvious Errors: g0177 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds quoted were clearly incorrect due to a human or technical error, irrespective of whether the bet was confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g0177 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with or gain an advantage on the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or share information during live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug must be reported to g0177 immediately and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or funds that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, IP block, account limit, or responsible gaming restriction applied to your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at g0177 staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Conducting arbitrage betting or matched betting across the g0177 sportsbook and any other platform in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

g0177 reserves the right to suspend or close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• A direction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, g0177 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the player's own request for reasons unrelated to any breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your g0177 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you are closing your Account due to concerns about your gaming behaviour, we strongly encourage you to make use of our self-exclusion tools, which are described in Section 10 below, rather than simply closing your Account, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.

10 Responsible Gaming

g0177 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from within your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period. These limits apply across all products on the Platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been logged into your Account for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gaming. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or deposit. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the g0177 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended, you will not receive any promotional communications from g0177, and you will not be able to create a new Account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the g0177 Platform — including but not limited to the g0177 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials — is the proprietary property of g0177 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission from g0177.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any g0177 trade marks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any breach of this Section 11 will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g0177 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, including interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or factors outside g0177's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits g0177's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

In all cases where g0177's liability is not excluded by the above, g0177's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

g0177 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with your Account and use of the Platform. The manner in which g0177 handles your personal data is set out in full in the g0177 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at g0177.net/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account on g0177, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key points include:

• g0177 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.
• Your personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification partners and payment processors) strictly as required to operate the Platform.
• All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Financial transaction data is processed over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections.

14 Amendments to These Terms

g0177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, g0177 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address registered on your Account, via an in-platform notification, or via a notice posted on the Platform homepage.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated in the hero section of this page.

Your continued use of the g0177 Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which g0177 holds its gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and g0177, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. To raise a formal complaint:

1. Submit a written description of your complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]".
2. g0177 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with g0177's response, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by g0177's licensing authority.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the territory of g0177's licensing authority, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
